Yep..you don't have today for anything without authorising it unless you said summat dumb like "I just want I right" or it doesn't matter what it takes to sort it, just crack on..I'm not sure it's possible to strip and copper slip a set of pads in ten mins but like but the mechanical faults are quite basic ones...the running fault may be a bit more involved..

To be honest as a mechanic myself some people talk utter nonsense when requesting repairs and its best to really dig deep about what they expect, are prepared to pay for, and consider to be a good job well done to prevent disappointments all round..some expect the earth...some are happy with a couple of cable ties!
