I am about to fit some double glazed windows to my wife's Syncro, but have a question.

Do I need to remove and blank my rear wiper?

I've never seen a dg window with a wiper. They scratch pretty easily so for this reason I would remove the wiper.

Anyone got any tips on removing the glass and fitting the DG?
