Hello
I have a 1900 water cooled t25. Are the 2 big water pipes both ment to be hot?? Because on my t25 only the bottom one is hot and the top 1 is cold. Is this right ? My temper gage doesnt go up a lot it moves a bit but doesn't go in the box at all. But I do have heating hot and cold both work fine
Many thanks

Re: T25 water pipes
yes should be hot if the engine is hot which may take a while at this time of year.
Thermostat opens and then the coolant can flow around the rad and back down the other pipe.
Could be a stuck thermostat (and possibly a faulty guage) so worth taking the thermostat out and testing it in a pan of boiling water, you will need a new o ring to put it back.
Could also be a blocked rad.

One will be cold for quite a while until your thermostat opens.
after half an hours energetic driving they should both be hot.
