No worries, thanks for the links. I'l pick up the later bearing kit and pop the van up and see what I find.

Beg to differ guys but I have early brakes and one side has late bearing and one side early it is just the outer (or inner I never remember which) that is different, I have had the van 14 years and it came with all the history and there was no mention of an axel change.

yes the outers are completely different in size
