Ok so the A suffix is missing but the rest tells you its definately a t25 carb and I'm sure its the A suffix as the plastic nozzle on the top of the carb (not sure the name) is brown on the early one

Whoever you deal with tell them you have the early version with a different float and needle send some pics and hopefully they will understand

You may be able to change the float to the later type if you can't find the right needle

I suppose its also possible somebody changed the needle and float in the past and its not standard

Good news

Any chance of some better pics of the kit laid out and the float and needle when it goes back (no offence but your pics are very low res/quality)
We can then ask HarryMann to stick it in the wiki, must be loads of people buying the wrong kits for pre 85 pierburgs

Yeah il do that, picking the kit up 2mrw and il do it in my living room, unfortunately Photobucket is where i put the pics to get my links up as i dont yet know how to post pics up on my threads to gain better pics, but il do that in a step by step way from removing the carbs to installing the new float etc and it might make its way to the wiki section :ok

I use photobucket also
Somebody said it auto scales the image if its very big maybe that's the problem
I do it manually to 1024x768 and give it minimal compression before uploading to photobucket
