VW T25 GearShift rod tube pin

HELP HELP

I need part VW 251711181 I believe it s correct name is guide rod shift pin. This supports the end of the shift rod by slotting through a casting on side of the Aircooled vans gearbox and has a a guide ring located one end and held with a nut and washer at the other. The guide ring. bush is available from JK J10971

Picture shows what i am after. Does anyone have one of these going i can buy off you. Or can someone give me the dimensions and i will make it on the lathe. The van i have did not come with this as it was half finished project when i got it.

If you look on the gear selector diagram for the van it is item 17.

I hope someone out there ininternet space can come through on this

Thank you for your post.. the guide ring is what I needed to change this morning..

I've had a look at my French suppliers, nothing is listed..

It will be available from the States..

Maybe at The bus depot.... tel (the states) 1 888 219 DEPOT

Thanks for that i will send him a message. iforgot about him and there is also bearmotorsport who do the air cooled boxes.

If i dont get one from somewhere making one will be the next option so the length and the groove size for the bush are the crucial points everything else can be adjusted to suit.
