crank seal

hi i have a 1.9dg which is leaking oil i think it is the crank seal as oil is between gearbox and engine could any one adivse me on how to fix this and thank you in advance for any help cheers

The haynes gives a good account of renewal.
IMHO
Have the crank endfloat checked or the renewal might be in vain.
change the input shaft bearing at the same time.

And of course the spigot shaft support bearing in the end of the crankshaft, flywheel O-ring and felt seal :ok
