Fuel pump supplier

I need a replacement fuel pump for 1987 1.9 DG w/cooled petrol engine.
Anyone recommend a supplier please.

Also what should be the length of the push rod

Got mine from Brickwerks...they do a budget one which seems good quality

Is there any technical data on how much lift should be generated by the push rod ?
