Dash hardwiring question

Im currently getting together the parts and courage to hard wire my dash pod.

To those that have done this already how did you go about hardwiring the dash lights in the top of the pod? As they are currently a twist fit sandwiching the plastic pcb and that wont be there.
Sorry if its an obvious question but im not electrically minded and im learning as i go along
