got a replacement vacuum pump however the top plates are different so can’t just swap that bit, so need to change the whole vac pump. Is it a simple undo the 13mm bolt, pull it out and locate the new pump correctly, ensuring it locates with the oil pump ok? Nothing will fall into my sump/engine doing this will it lol?
oh just had a thought, i have a aaz engine in the van now i cant remeber if i used the jx vac pump or just left the aaz one on. Are they interchangable?

1.6 vacuum pumps are different to 1.9 pumps and are not interchangeable.
1.9D (AEF) pop-top. Aaaaahhhhh........that's better.
