Ive bought some alfa seats that i love.
just want advice on how to fit them
i guess the options are, take the runners off the old seat and fix onto the new ones, but i would need to make plates, plus fix them in position, but bennefit is i could back old seats.
I gues the other option, is to grind down the old mounts on the van and drill through the floor of the van and mount to the existing seat, but guess there is no going back from that.
Are the old runners on the t25 just spot welded in ?
any advice appreciated
ive bought alfa seats, now the thinking begins

Personally I wouldn't cut the original runners off unless really necessary. What is the height of the seat base like compared to the original ones as that seams to be one of the biggest problems , having enough room between your legs and the steering wheel .

Leg room isnt bad, i would rather cut the old ones off and keep them but cant really see where there welded on.
is there away to leave the runners on ?

The original runners are spot welded on. Taking the original runners off is drastic and avoidable but if you keep the runners you can always put em back in .
Unless you can graft the t25 seat base/mechanism onto the new seats a certain amount of cutting/drilling/creativity is required.
