T25 Rear Seats

OK,

At the start of the summer we bought a really nice T3. We've done some bits and pieces to it (with some help from threads on here) and have been away in it a fair bit. At the moment the rear bench/seats work, and we have a bed solution, but, there are some DIY aspects that I would like to sort out... I have searched loads, but can't find what I'm going for so hopefully I can get some feedback here?

Currently, there is a full width rear bench seat which we assume is original - here is a link to a pic of it;

Now, there are no original fittings for this save for these that I can see;

So, I assume there should be some sort of attachment for the bench that clips to these? If not, how should the rear of the bench be held up?

Any thoughts would be really appreciated. I just want to reinstate the original way of supporting the rear seat ideally... but would be really happy to hear people thoughts anyway on it!
