Push rod seals / wax oil
Hi, I'm new to this site so hope I've posted on the right thread. I have a 1980 2l air cooled Devon moonraker. I have been quoted £300 for push rod seals and a new underside of wax oil. Is this tge going rate? I've been told that this is a bit expensive, can anyone give any advice or recommend a decent garage. I live in barnsley South Yorkshire. Thanks Jeff.

Hiya, welcome to the forum.
You have one of (if not THE) the best T25/T3 garages in the whole country in Brickwerks at Honley, Holmefirth.
£300 does sound dear to me as well.

Depending on the detail of the Waxoyl, it may be an OK price actually.
If they are injecting the box sections etc.
Good jobs to start with !
