Mechanic in Berkshire area?

Post by Kev73 »

Both my prefered choice of mechanic are away this week so I just went and had a word with my local garage, he said 'what's a t25' doesn't really instill much confidence.
It's 'only' the brakes but still. Can anyone recommend a mechanic in the Berkshire area? The rub is I need it done for Santa pod at the weekend :?
If it ain't broke, fix it till it is.

Hey
I am after a good mechanic in the Oxford/Reading area... Would you mind divulging the details of your mechanic (I assume it's a proper garage?!). It's MOT time next month for me and I am not very confident...!
Cheers

http://www.voodoovw.com/ is in Newbury and I recently had some work done by http://www.beetlelink.co.uk/ - I'd recommend them both quite highly.

Great stuff.
Thanks Walrus. I shall get on to them soon.
.....I hope they've got a lot of free time for some welding!

My guy is a mobile mechanic, he's not a vw specialist or anything but he's honest and he knows what he's doing. If you still want his number let me know and ill pm it, not sure how far he travels though.
