Roof vent which one?

Help.....My 1982 Devon pop top roof light has pretty well given up the and I want to replace, what size is the correct one, its very confusing as im not sure what the various sizes are taken from. 40cm x 40cm or 36cm x 36cm are they the glass size or the roof cut-out? Any help would be appreciated.

Same here, 1981 Devon and still haven't bought the replacement I need.

Sorry, I put the wrong link for the rooflight previously. I have just received this one -

and it certainly looks promising - I've lined it up to the current one and it seems to match.

The trouble now is finding the time (and weather) to fix it. Will keep you posted

I have the Elixir one. You just have to trim it right down to almost nothing. Make sure you pilot the holes as some are in metal and some not. Most importantly is to get loads of sealer underneath between the holes and the edge.
