mountings

i seem to have some movement front to back on the engine and gearbox anyone any idea which mounting it`s likely to be ?
it`s not easy to tell on ones own !

if movement is noticeable it's quite likely to be both front and rear
wbx engine mounts get torn when gearboxes are changed and engine isn't supported while box is out and gearbox mounts go over time
gearbox mount is easiest to do so do that one first and see if that improves it enough to avoid do the engine ones
