Constant live feed around dash

A complete electrical newbie question....

Where would be the best place to tap a live electrical feed from under the dash?

The right hand end of the fuse panel has some constant live terminals that are usually free.

but aren't fused so remember to use an inline fuse on any new circuit you introduce
you really need to look at the proper wiring diagram and illustrations in the Bentley manual
