Turbo cooling fan

My turbo cooling fan (behind the rear lefthand light cluster) doesn't seem to work.
It's out and I've given it 12v but nothing doing.
Tried finding a replacement but they're rare as rocking horse toilet paper. (seen em on ebay.de, 2nd hand though)
The fan part moves freely and it seems tidy.
Anyone refurbed one before, or know what it would take to sort out?

The chances are its just seized and or dirt / corrosion through lack of use. Ashley (alewing) on here has stripped and refurbed one recently - give him a PM

Thanks Jes, from the state of the relay I reckon it's not even been turned on for years so you're probably right.
