Gearbox Linkage Adjustment

Post by Rogue Trooper »

Hi all, Just spent the last 3 hours fitting and adjusting the linkage.

Question is.... is there a technique to adjustment? I now have reverse (which i didnt a couple of hours ago) but now lost 1st as this is the same as 3rd?

Advice greatly received :)

loosen the pinch bolt
in the cab move the stick left to right across the gate in neutral a couple of times then over to the right and hold it there whilst the pinch bolt is tightened, ideally 2 peeps
