The following dont work....are they connected

I have the following faults - some of which are caused by blowing fuses...which one are connected and any advice please!
(1991 devon aaz caravelle)
heater not working (including rear)
cigar lighter not working
most internal lights not working (main strip running down the centre of the vehicle)
after market stereo not working
fault with oil pressure buzzer coming on with despite there being enough oil (I think I know the cause)
clock not working

Probably some non-standard wiring in there by now given the vehicle history. You need to start getting stuck in and become familiar with your wiring. FWIW I can report from the wiring diagram:

Fuse S3 (15A) provides power (Battery positive, Terminal 30) to:
Radio
Clock
Interior lights
Cigarette lighter

The warm air blower V47 gets its power (X terminal) via the switch from fuse S12 (20A) along with the wiper motors. The fresh air blower V2 gets its power (also X terminal) via the switch from fuse S13 (20A).
