Starter battery

Any recommendations for a starter battery , 1.9 DG petrol . Battery under drivers seat . Or is it just a case of any that fit ? Cheers , Daz

:D Standard fitment is something like a 52ah but the general consensus is to fit something a bit bigger.
Code 100 batteries are around the 72ah mark with considerably better CCA. These are low profile and fit well in a VW battery box.

Put it down to me working nights and feeling very dim today.

Don't you start. ( bit like the van ) :roll:I've hound one anyway been onto to gsf who were about as useful as wet paper bag then phoned an auto elec' place in Rotherham , very helpful so getting a 72 ah size 100 on sat :ok
