T25 engine swap

I have a T-25 Transporter which has a knackered engine,the plan was to get another engine and have a like to like swap.The plan failed I was let down by the guy who undertook the job and now have the van back with old engine taken out and and placed in rear of van with exchange engine in middle of van in front of seats.I have a refurbed turbo and all new fittings cam belt etc.The big problem is due to job and financial problems which are now resolved I could not complete the job.I live in Swansea and prior to undertaking the job went round to several vw garages no takers,so I am left with the van up the drive and with the brakes now seized solid .Does anyone know of anyone in the Swansea area who would undertake this project? if the van can't be completed I'll have to scrap it which would be sad.I would try and finish this myself but the problem is the drive it is not flat so I can't get the engines out of the van.Has anyone any recommendations?
