Glow plugs, problem or not?

Hi Guys,

My van glow plug indicator light on the dash has not lit up over the past few days. The van still starts. So the question is: is the light not coming on because the ambient temp is up, or do I have an issue with the glow plugs?

As always your words of wisdom are greatly appreciated!
