O/S mid panel replacement

evening does anyone produce a repair panel for the mid panel offside, any I've found online include the sill but only go as high as the 1st swage line. mine had a fridge and a gas heater plumbed through this panel = rust
any help appreciated

buy and fit lower outer sill then get a cut for the upper if your lucky, when i have one to do i roll a swage in to match the lower one and make the panal as tall as i need

thanks, surprised you can't buy them, as I say you get a lot of mods through that panel& any changes/updates leave a hole.
