Could anyone help us please!

Post by we_love_vw »

We have a T25 and recently the camper has been cutting out when we reduce speed and when it is sitting in idle. Unfortunately i am not mechanically minded. If anyone can help with any pointers. Would really appreciate it! Thanks

What engine does it have for starters. If petrol ( I know sod all about diesel) could be a loose vacuum hose blocked fuel filter , either in line or in the carb. May need a good service, plugs , rotor , leads, air filter . Give us some more info. :ok Daz

Also try the idle cutoff on the carb, in addition to the other suggestions.
Small round part screwed into the side of the carb with electrical lead attached.
Unplug the wire and spray with WD40 or similar. Reconnect it!
