hi all me again new head fitted all timed up right or so I think but she wont fire up can someone let me no the exact timing marks so I can double check & theres 2 holes in the pump pulley for the pin how do you no which one to use it seams like its a diesel problem any ideas cheers marc

Not firing could be to do with air in the fuel lines, if you have had the injectors out or fuel lines off make sure they are bled properly. A recent problem similar to yours was cured when the poster fitted an inline "fuel pump primer". This allowed him to quickly ensure that fuel was getting to the injection pump etc.

I have two holes - it's key hole without the pulley pointing up for mine if that helps/makes sense

Make sure glow plugs are working
