head bolt torque

head bolt torque

hi all new to this so please bare with me just had to remove the head on my 1.6d as the valve shims have broken up on 2 of them been looking on hear but cant seem to find the head bolt torque setting or tightening order any help would be most grateful cheers

HI,

Tightening order would be same as any other, start in the middle and work outwards, doing opposite daigonally as you go, as for torques i can look later in the week if you still need them, i know i have a manual with settings in as ive just done mine, pm me later in week if no luck

cheers new head due this evening or tomorrow so will be straight on it cant wait to get the single cab back on the road
