I've noticed when I plug van into elec hook up the charger gets very hot is this normal! the van is a Westy California thanks

I think this is the second post on this subject in as many days.

Mine's the same, it seems to be the norm. In my opinion these units get too hot for comfort and I'm toying with the idea of fitting an ultra quiet 120mm fan internally to exhaust the heat.
Got to be quiet otherwise it will be a nightmare at night.

seems to be a common question and both mine and my friend Steve's were also the same....When I get around to it i'm definitely going to retrofit a cooling fan in mine.
