Rhd Doka 4 door conversion.

Looking at putting the second rear door in my rhd Doka i've managed to get a lhd door but not the frame, do i need all the fram? depending on who you speak to you don't need all the framework as everything is already there when you remove the panel, all you need is the roof section, if this is the case does it have to be a lhd roof section or could you use a rhd roof section, to my eyes they both look the same and the reason i ask is im breaking a second rhd Doka i have and am wondering if i could use the roof section i have in the Doka to break.
Has anyone on here ever done the mod and can i use the rhd roof section if indeed this is all you need to do it?
