high roof swap

Hi, I have a autohomes high top. The interior has been removed completely. I would like also to remove the high top and get an elevating roof. I know lots would say why? but I want to make the van more useable week days for work. Are elevating roofs available?

Hi, Thanks for that link, I have also found some on ebay, now that I know to call them pop tops instead of elevating roofs. Im guessing that it is possible to swap then.
