Balance Twin Solex on 2l CU

Post by benlawlor85 »

I know this has been asked 1000 times before. But i need my Solex carbs balanced.
So firstly do i go and buy a air flow meter (snail type) and give it a go? Ill also need some kind of rev counter... where do i get one etc etc?
Presumably i need to do the timing first, I do have a timing light. so is this nice and easy?
and tappets- these are hydraulic right? so self adjusting?

Or do i just take it to a garage?

Any help would be great.
