I've noticed a rattle coming from the catalytic converter, I know that I don't legally have to have one fitted. Has anyone else removed it from there van and is the bypass pipe from Brickwerks the best option?

Yep - mines was replaced with one when I got a Brickwerks stainless steel exhaust. My only regret - I took the CAT to the dump and didn't try getting any money for it!!
