Pretty straightforward. Loosen camshaft sprocket centre bolt (it's only on at about 45lb/ft, not that tight) then loosen a little more but do not remove it. This is because you need to use impact from behind to dislodge it from its conically-shaped seat, and you don't want the thing flying off when it does unseat. OK - so you've got the bolt loosened and then unwound by a couple of turns: now, using a good stout crosshead screwdriver applied to the rim of the sprocket through the hole provided in the metal cover between the sprocket and the cylinder head assembly, give it a confident (in this context, confident means moderately violent and sudden) tap with a rubber mallet. Camshaft sprocket will be knocked off sprocket seat, but prevented from going god knows where by the bolt that you loosened, but didn't undo all the way.
