fitting a passat engine

been offerd a yreg passat tdi told its a 130bhp its all running and complete what would i need to fit it would my turbo diesel parts off my engine work mounts ect and what wireing would i need to do ????

None of the JX bits are any use to you. Would have to be fitted upright with adapter plate or using $$ kit from the US. ECU will use can-bus so you'd have incorporate the clocks. All doable if you have the time/money.

ok that is what i am looking for think a aaz is the way forward i dont have the time to pi$$ about as got a splitscreen and a heinkel to do as well

do you know the engine code of the donor if its a afn it can be done as i have one in my bus same engine in passat and audi a4

AFN is a lot lower on horses than 130 I believe. 110ish?

it might have been remapped to 130
