Electrical Panel (Analogue) & LED Interior Lighting

Hi

anyone know where I can get a replacement electrical panel for interior of Autosleeper 2.1 (1988).
Can they be fixed? Theres a circuit board that I think has blown -maybe these can be replaced instead of the whole unit? The green/yellow/red lights on it no longer function which were for reading leisure battery power. Its the style of panel which holds fuses & has analogue water meter. I dont know name of this unit (before ZIG?).

Also - I plan to change out original 2 interior lights which have fluo tubes, which run off leisure battery.
Anyone recommend where I can get simple swap out LED lighting? I was thinking one bright daylight for above sink & lower level for above rear seat.
