cab door seals - clips ???

Post by Fande t25 »

About to buy cab door seals from vw emporium and I see they sell clips for these. I was under the impression the seals just push in. Is this not the case ? Do i need the clips, I haven't seen them being sold anywhere else, and if so how many per door ( they are sold in packs of 5 )

Thanks

Seal is glued on but down the door hinge side their are some push in clips too. your door should have them fitted on the old seal

there are holes, 3 i think, in the door seal that need lining up with the holes in the door

Received my door seals and clips today :) gonna fit them this week but unsure about which glue is best to use. Any ideas please.

Also doing the sliding door seal. Does this seal need glue aswell ? God I'm such a novice - sorry guys but I am learning fast
