Post by timwatson »

hi i have an 81 Aircooled with chrome window surrounds (not standard doors)
and want to put new window rubbers on but was wondering if i can put standard window rubber and not the chrome one on the top section of the sliding windows
and do away with the chrome?
many thanks

ah yes, you can fit the plain ones but then you have to remove the chrome trim from the reast of the window, i may just have a pair of good s/hand ones for the chrome style .let me have a look and back in 5
