Hello all,
this is my first post here so hello to all...
We have a 86 T25 in the early stages of renovation and it failed the MOT a couple of weeks on on the front swivels, so I decided that a full front suspension overhaul was a good idea as it was rusty and squeaked a lot.
Most of it is done, bushes, wheel bearings everything cleaned, de-greased, painted, re-greased etc and looks very nice and will hopefully be quiet and nicer to drive.
LIke a fool I have no manual, I have found most of the torque settings, but what is the top wish bone bolt meant to be ?
Currently the eccentric washers are spinning when moving the wishbone up and down, if I tighten it more I can no longer move the wishbone by hand, have heard stories of it coming loose, mine is old plain nut, will get nylock one on it, but I`m sure the eccentric washers are meant to stay put and the wishbone move.
Any advice is appreciated.
Glenn....

Re: Hello all and help please
I thought the top wishbone bushes had to be tack welded unless you have a syncro....I may be wrong but someone will be along to correct me shortly if so.
