Worth saving

Post by nobbyfox »

I think someone has previously posted info on their rear heater but here goes.....
Since we have had Dotty (2 years now) the rear heater has never worked.
As you can see there are also missing cables. Worth saving or disconnect?

no cable is connected .

even at the factory!

the heater unit is an 80's polo main heater with adapted facia . you manually set the heat amount.

there quite reliable units , wiring goes under the floor to the dash .

I assume that the cable turns the water on/off?
There is a switch on the dash but nothing works. I am not desperate and may, as some have done, blank off the hoses and remove.
