Heating a shower from engine

Hi folks, thought you might appreciate this guys shower addition to his jeep (see link below). He's set up a heat exchanger on the coolant pipe to heat water pumped up from a container (or any source potentially). Pretty cool! Anyone seen something like this on a t25?
