bought one from just kampers for my 5 speed half price thought it was a good idea at the time because i needed more items for free delivery .NOT. To long hand smashes into the indicator levers .anyone else got one

Ha ha i know .Should of just paid the postage only bought an awning skirt and some other camping stuff ill use it to stir paint .

I have a gearlever extension and had no problems,undo the locknut a bit turn the extension round a bit and tighten it up,should be fine,I reckon it was a great idea to fit,the lever is in a 5 0clock position now and falls right where I want it to

I tried all positions and my nuckles still hit the indicator stalks

Probably because your gear lever is most likely bent! Years of use does bend them,
