oil pressure guage

Post by pandp38 »

Not sure electrical or mechanical. Bought new battery for my motorbike from local auto electrical suppliers and saw they stocked oil pressure guages made by Durite. Has anyone fitted this to aT25?. It comes with a sender unit which says something like 1/8 NPFT, but this means nothing to me so dont know if it is simply a case of screwing the sender unit in where the oil pressure switch fits. Any ideas?

Also today I noticed Wilco motorsave have got 25% off their range of oils

NPFT = National Pipe Thread Fine ( What ARE they teaching kids in school these days ) the 1/8 means the hole up the middle is 1/8" diameter which seems to be the standard non-metric size for such things. Our's being Cherman you would need and adaptor bush :ok
