vw heritage brake kits

i recently bought a vw heritage copper/nickel brake line kit for my bus,come to fit them yesterday and they dont seem the right size the drivers side pipe is quite short by about 6 inch i bought the kit for 86-90 and my bus is a d reg 1986 with crescent shaped pads and girling calipers just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this kit before thanks dave

Sounds like the right kit as yours has the later callipers. Unfortunately I haven't used their kit so can't comment but I guess that's why most make the pipes up as needed.
