Window winders and internal door handles

So I bought some second hand door cards to replace the home made one on my van. Now I have 2 problems/ challenges. 1- my van has electric windows and the new door cards have holes where the winders go. Is there a part that blanks this hole off? Or can anyone suggest a workaround. I've thought maybe get some cheap tweeters to cover the holes. Any ideas? 2- The home made door cards were made from ply which is considerably thicker than original door cards. After fitting new cards the lever that opens the door won't sit far enough back into the door and is sticking out about 10mm. Although it does still work fine it doesn't look good. I suspect it's non t25. Anyone know where to get originals from?
