Solex PDSIT-2 broken parts!!

Hi all,
There was fuel around my twin solex carbs so i bought a rebuilt kit to sort it all out. Upon opening them up i noticed that the choke butterfly has a piece missing. and the brass pipe that comes from the acc pump is snapped off at the base!
I ordered a spairs/repairs carb on ebay. the butterfly is fine on it but again no brass pipe.

the brass pipe is the red arrowed one in the above link.

Question is anyone know where i can get the butterfly and or the pipe.
Is the pipe even needed?

I thought that herb, but it doesnt look right in the pic. Think i have got my hands on a set of carbs for £20 so if they have the bit ill stick with them. thanks for the input tho.
