shocker lengths, 2wd + springs -40mm

im looking for the open and closed length of std front and rear shocks
also with regard to springs i need the free length of front and rears at -40mm and also wire diameter

If you hang on, I'm about to replace mine so can give you dimensions on Saturday if thats any use? Just the back ones mind, but its a start. Will measure new and old for you.

Back ones, centre of pin to centre of pin (ie fully shut):
33.5cm
Extended (ie complete max stretch):
53cm

You might see a 1/2 cm -1 cm difference between makes but that would seem to be the stock lengths for rear shocks.

To be honest, I was going to do the fronts but Mercdoctor doesn't have a spring compressor anymore so that job will have to wait. Don't fancy using a crowbar and ducking!
