Here's a thought for anyone with a hydraulic PAS system (or needs further justification to fit a hydraulic winch instead of an electric, but that's a whole other can of worms)

Which allows two wheels to be changed without stands:

It's also very effective for self-recovery in soft sand, apparently...

Not very much Landy left in one of those Si, even the engine is Jag V8 now!

I can envisage a neat assembly with two beefy hockey stick legs, linked by a cross-shaft up over the prop, the hyd. rams pushing off the front body crossmember behind the base of the B posts...
