Recon Engine

Post by Beaver7959 »

Hi,
I have a 1989 T25 Westfalia camper in the Manchester area that needs a new engine (1.6TD JX type). Does anyone know of a suitable place in this area I can take it to get the job done?

Thanks in advance.

Yeah dependant on budget and be very cautious of very cheap recons as there are a few companies out there who will just repray a runningand charge you for the privilege.

Hi,
Do you have experience of AW Engineering. Do they have a good rep.? Quoted £1380 inc. vat for supply only and they take the old engine. Is that a good deal?
