Sliding door removal - Are these parts OK?

Post by bmouthboyo »

Hi Guys,

I removed my sliding door today off my 1983 T25 so I can replace the RNS arch panel and as I slid the bottom runner out these 2 parts fell on the floor.

Is that normal? I can not see how they fit back on.

ah ,haha, sorry
the rubber block fits at the end of the lower channal and stops the door going further back and err also falling off.
needs securing with a screw or fit one with the metal braclet on
that bearing is as youve figure the one that keeps the door on the track so to speak.

as regard to the bearing , that's an early roller type , later ones have a proper bearing that's secured with a circlip so dosent detatch! you can upgrade by changing the ally part!
