Expansion/Header Tank just above min..
Hey folks, i've found that my expansion tank is just above the Min mark. Recently when the vans been driven and reached running temp it cuts out, i wait abit, then it starts fine. This is on LPG. Obviously i need to top it up but where too? and could this be why i'm cutting out??

There's a "MAX" line just below the cap level. To all practical intents and purposes, just do it to the cap.

No.
BTW, we're talking about the expansion tank, right - the one inside the catflap - not the header tank - the one with the dalek on top? That should be brim-full, with the expansion tank keeping it that way.

Header Tank, dalek top i mean. Only has a Min line on mine. Top up tank behind Reg flap is at a constant Max.

The header tank doesn't usually have any markings on it as it should be brim-full at all times ... the top-up tank behind the cat flap should be on 'Max' unless switching the engine off after a run when it may/should be over that mark.
